Enhanced Leak Detection for sites within 1,000'
of a public water well (Well Proximity ELD).

The California State Water Resources Board has identified underground storage tanks that are within 1,000 feet of a public water well.  If you have received notification by the Water Board that you fall into this category, you may be responsible to perform an Enhanced Leak Detection test at your facility.
